Powered up with 120 VAC on test cord.
I do not currently have;
power supply cord rated for 20 amps.
All four rubber pads. Two are missing.
An output cord.
Facility was closed. Parts room surplus. Powered up but I have no experience with this equipment to test further. Please look at the pictures to help determine condition. This item does have scratches and scuffs on the exterior.
